Our package holidays (which consist of Accommodation, Guiding and in most cases transport) are protected in accordance with the “The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992″. This means that your deposits & final holiday payments are insured against financial failure. So, should Joyriders go insolvent before your holiday has commenced, your money is safe and will be returned to you in full. This insurance includes repatriation to the UK should you arrive at your destination to find your arranged transfer does not exist. An insurance certificate will be issued to you on confirmation of your holiday.
UK Day trips and tuition courses are not covered under the Package Travel Regulations – however, we will only ask for payment of these on the day (you can pay by cash, bank transfer or credit card – we use PayPal where available). Payment must be received before we commence the day.
