By paying a deposit you (the Client) agree to the following Terms & Conditions made by Joyriders (the Company):
Confirmation of Booking
A contract shall exist between you and the company once a deposit has been received. Deposits are non-refundable.
Payment of Deposits
Your booking will be reserved for 24hrs from the time of receiving your invoice. In this time we require the deposit detailed in your invoice to secure your booking. If no deposit is received in this time then the booking will be cancelled by us and the accommodation requested will be made available to other guests.
Payment of Balance
Final balances must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay on time may result in the cancellation of your holiday and the application of the cancellation charges below. If you are making a booking less than 30 days before the start date of your holiday full payment will be required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Charges
Cancellation notice is required in writing and charges may be made as listed below:

Except where Joyriders expressly say differently, we cannot pay any compensation, damages, expenses, costs, losses or any other amount of any description or otherwise if we or your airline have to change or cancel your flight or holiday, or your flight cannot be provided as or when agreed as a result of circumstances or an event beyond our control. Such circumstances will usually include war, terrorist activity, civil unrest, industrial dispute, fire, natural or nuclear disaster, bad weather and all similar circumstances and in all such cases whether, actual or threatened.
Joyriders reserve the right to cancel (without refund) riding under adverse weather conditions, i.e. when we deem it too dangerous to ride. This can include local weather warnings, sustained heavy rain, storms and/or limited visibility.
Dangerous Sports
Clients must state at the time of booking if they are aware of any relevant medical conditions which could put them at risk whilst mountain biking and/or road cycling, and that they must consult a GP or specialist in order to gain medical certification that they are in good health to undertake our activities.
Airport Transfers
When making a booking as a group your quoted price includes one free collection and one free drop off for the whole group. If additional airport transfers are required for you group (i.e. you’re coming in on different flights and waiting isn’t possible) then a payment of €40 each way is payable.
Any airport collections made after 20:00 incur a flat fee of £25 (€30).
Joyriders Vehicles
Transport during the holiday in company vehicles is a free service (unless otherwise specified) and may be withdrawn due to circumstances beyond our control. Joyriders will however try to provide an alternative service should this occur. Clients travel in the Company’s vehicles at their own risk.
Joyriders reserve the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions. If you have already booked a holiday with Joyriders, then you will be notified of any changes as and when they are made.
